One of the release steps is to look at missing documentation on tables/columns in oracle/postgres (mysql ddl doesnt easily allow managing this).  anyways, I went through and added hundreds of comments in the ddl (well, it seemed like hundreds)... Shilen and TomZ should test a clean install in oracle/postgres.  There are probably small tweaks, feel free to adjust GrouperDdl.java
