Hey,

I did this:

The grouper jar, libs, and conf were removed from grouper-ws. the resources
dir was renamed to conf. drivers are copied by default from grouper, but can
be customized.

So fyi, things are a little different but better for building WS. Point it
to your grouper dir (of same version), build, done.
