Hi all,

I have finished mavenizing ldappc and adding support for Signet 1.3.0.  
There are some other changes needed for the actual 1.2.0 release, but  
this is ready to try out.

Check it out from cvs.internet2.edu/home/cvs/i2mi as project ldappc- 
mvn using the tag ldappc_1_2_0_SNAPSHOT_20080721.

You'll need Maven and a 1.5+ JDK to build it. I used maven 2.0.9 and a  
1.5 JDK.
