and SteveO ASAP.
[AI] (All interested) Test functionality in the Jira 1.3.0-tagged 
components as you are able, and report to the list as appropriate.
[AI] (All) Suggestions for topics at the combined Signet/Grouper session 
at the Spring Internet2 Member Meeting are welcome via the lists.

*Carryover Action Items*

[AI] (anyone interested in contributing to the documentation) contact 
SteveO and TomB to coordinate before making any substantive changes, if 
you have not already done so.

[AI] (Kathryn) will document her performance tuning analysis and send to 
the Grouper and Signet dev lists

**Discussion**
The group discussed status and issues surrounding the upcoming 1.3.0 
release. Applicable Jira issues have been addressed.

[AI] (Gary) will be reviewing the QuickStart and updating it as appropriate.

The group moved on to discussing the documentation. Any new pages will 
have their page names prefixed with "v1.3.0-" while being developed, and 
then renamed when they are moved into place for the release.

People creating new documentation are TomB, TomZ, ChrisH, Shilen, 
Kathryn, and BillK, and will be coordinating with SteveO.

[AI] Anyone interested in working on documentation please contact TomB 
and SteveO ASAP.

Barring unforeseen problems, Gary intends to tag projects in CVS in the 
next day or so with a target of the RC1 release this weekend. Anyone 
able to test functionality, please do as soon as you are able to.

- Signet/Grouper session at the upcoming Internet2 Spring Member Meeting

As in the past, there will be a combined Signet/Grouper session at the 
upcoming Internet2 Spring Member Meeting April 21-23 in Arlington VA
