Grouper+Product and Home

New 1.3.0 RC1 is now available

Latest stable release -> 1.2.1

need V130+Software+Download page - link to latest stable release. Once 
1.3.0 official replace.

need v130_Release+Notes - list of new features with links to existing Wiki 
pages + links to Jira reports

need to look at migrating docs under Grouper+Project to Grouper-product + 
any re-wording to reflect current status of work.


Specsheet
---------
Need new version - JDK1.5.06 minimum. Tomcat 5.x? Javascript now used in UI


Glossary
--------
We have changed a lot of terminology in the UI, but the API will continue 
to use old terms. Do we need end user vs developer Glossary where latter 
explains comparable terms.
