[AI] {Tom and Gary} will work on creating a commentary for screenshots of the QuickStart.
[AI] {Tom} will work with {SteveO} to create higher-level screenshots.
[AI] {Gary} will finish up work on the Quickstart and work with {Blair}.
[AI] {Blair} will wrap up the changes to the documentation and release a tarball by June 20.
[AI] {Tom} will notify the Grouper mailing lists once the tarball is available.
[AI] {Gary and Tom} will streamline UI pages internal and external to the wiki.

*Discussion*
Grouper is nearing a v1.0 release candidate status. {Blair and Gary} gave an update as to the final touches to be made.  [AI] {Gary} will finish up work on the Quickstart and work with {Blair}. [AI] {Gary and Tom} will streamline UI pages internal and external to the wiki. [AI] {Tom} will notify the Grouper mailing lists once the tarball is available. Once the release candidate is made available to the working group, there will be a period of 7 days for testing and feedback. [AI] {Blair} will wrap up the changes to the documentation and release a tarball by June 20.

The Grouper wiki is now open to the public for viewing both product and project information: <https://wiki.internet2.edu/confluence/display/GrouperWG/Home>.

Four levels of permissions are incorporated into the wiki for viewing and editing purposes, from lesser to greater editing rights: Anonymous/Confluence-users, GrouperWG, Grouper-Dev, and GrouperWG-Admin. Feedback on wiki content & navigation is much appreciated, and should be sent to {Jessica} at <jbibbeeATinternet2.edu>. 

Items of documentation that need attention include Campus Management documents, FAQ items, Group Math and Custom Group Types explanations, feature list, use cases, and storyboard. [AI] {Tom and Gary} will work on creating a commentary for screenshots of the QuickStart. [AI] {Tom} will work with {SteveO} to create higher-level screenshots.

The Group will continue discussion on the idea of hosting a demo site for previewing a working instance of Grouper.

The next scheduled Grouper WG call will be Wednesday, 26-Jul at 12pm EDT.
