As Gary noted, the quickstart loader should be able to do this.
As for cdg, when it came time to release Grouper 0.9, I only had time
to update the code enough to get it to compile-and-work with the new
public API. I didn't have time to take advantage of new API
capabilities. That is on my TODO list.
