How do you create Subjects and put them in the database? I see no 
mention of it in 
http://www.stanford.edu/dept/itss/infrastructure/signet/project/doc/subject-api-spec-0.1-draft-02.html, 
and no way to do it in the grouper api.*

* In spite of the confusingly named GrouperGroup.createSubject(). May I 
humbly suggest that getter methods always use the "get" prefix? I would 
be happy to prepare a patch.
