I've made a small adjustment to the internals of the default access and
naming privilege implementations that should help in select cases.
Previously, we attempted to revoke privileges from all members, not
just immediate members.  We now only revoke the privilege from the
immediate members.

I don't recall if Gary had other areas within the privilege interfaces
where the distinction between immediate and effective memberships was
problematic.  If so, those will still need to be addressed.

I *think* these are related and involve me sending out the updated
roadmap for 0.6 and the 0.6.x releases.

Excerpt from _doc/ROADMAP_ below.  For 0.6 the ordering is the order
that I am working on the items.  For 0.6.x, the ordering is more
of a preliminary suggestion.  In addition, depending upon timing and
need, some 0.6.x items may trickle into the 0.6 release.
