I need to update my OSCARS info for the port we connect to.  I have access to 
 idc-uiuc.dynes.illinois.edu  with the password information that was handed 
off to me when the engineer that previously worked on this left.  However, it 
doesn’t appear to be running OSCARS at all. In fact, I’m not sure what it is 
doing.  apparently  idc.dynes.illinois.edu is the host that has OSCARS 
running on it, but the admin login with the password I use for 
idc-uiuc.dynes.illinois.edu doesn’t get me in on that system.

Can someone please explain the difference between the two idc hosts, and how 
to get into the second one?
