Of course, this is possible but it seems to me an invalid option for DKIM usagen (and a good one for SPF) : SPF is a way to validate the IP of the sending MTA where DKIM validate the sender domain of a message, not the sending MTA IP adress.

That's why we could use white/black list of domains or email address that could be applied to message with a DKIM signature.
