Hi Duncan,

There's not a great solution to this at the moment because of the mechanics of how Enrollment Flows currently work. (Basically they assume the current actor will finish their steps before turning control elsewhere.) While we do have a rearchitecture planned that will eventually address this, that won't help you now.

For now, you basically have two options:

(1) Ignore the Enrollment Flow and just manually update the CO Person record as needed. (eg: Set the new role to Active, maybe assign identifiers.) Depending on what your Enrollment Flow does, this may or may not be sufficient.

(2) Expunge the record and start over.

Not great, but we expect to have better tooling possible with v5.

Thanks,

Hi all,

What's the right way to advance an enrollment flow if a user closes their browser window immediately after clicking on accept, so it doesn't go to "Pending Confirmation?" I have a user (Ashley) stuck in "Confirmed" that I can't seem to advance. Compare this to Chris whose application was fine.

Cheers,
Duncan.
