The latest commit fixes incorrect generation of index names on 
matchgrids. In a multi-tenant deployment, this could result in 
conflicting names (and therefore missing indexes). At a convenient time 
deployers (once on the newer code) should rebuild (Matchgrid > Manage > 
Build) their Matchgrids to reconstruct the indexes correctly.

This action should preserve all existing data, but for performance 
reasons no live transactions should be taking place while the Matchgrid 
is rebuilt. As always, make sure you have a backup in case something 
goes wrong.
