Hi Greg,

"RC1" is perhaps a bit of an overstatement now, we probably shouldn't 
have used that label. We had been holding off on tagging an official 
version 1.0.0 (that corresponds to the original scope of work for the 
project) until we had enough community requirements that we could finish 
specifying some of the capabilities. I think we're finally there, and 
development has been proceeding on the backlog.
