I've been looking at the TIER CoManage package website, information, etc. and submitting JIRAs on inconsistencies, links that need fixing, areas documentation could be improved. I also set the peckage up, configured email as they suggested, yet cannot get email out, and I noted in one of those JIRAs that information on how to debug such a problem is needed. (Of course, if there is a core packaging problem leading to email not working, then not just information on how to debug, but also fixing that packaging bug! Because both you and I have encountered the same problem, and that does lead to suspecting that the packaging build process is going awry around email. Or at least that the documentation on what to fill in is not quite accurate and/or complete.)

Which suggests that questions specific to a given software component of TIER should go to the list for the given component.  But it sounds like there is a TIER specific place I should be going for questions arising from the TIER packages.  

Should I be using ?  That address appears to be for “Comments and Feedback”.

I don’t want to spam the wrong lists.

I think you will want to check the system logs for the
VirtualBox VM in general, and then specifically you can look
for the presence of a COmanage error.log file which may be
generated, but it depends on the specific issue.

The TIER release exposes the COmanage log files differently
and right now I do not have a TIER COmanage VirtualBox
instance spun up so I cannot look in detail.

I am going to forward your email to the TIER COmanage
packaging team and work with you to get a more specific
answer.
