These meetings were always intended to allow other developers to join, it's just that historically we've had limited continual engagement from other developers. We even used to have public meeting agendas, but then we got lazy. So yes, this is effectively also the Development WG meetings.

For tomorrow, let's go ahead as currently scheduled. Here are some items I have for the agenda:

- Hackathon report out
- Rescheduling dev meeting, move to biweekly
- midPointProvisioner update
- TechEx planning

And of course whatever anyone else wants to discuss...

BTW, I wonder if we should just consider these the Development Working Group meetings as well (which they kind of are.) I can document them as such on the COmanage working group wiki for transparency.
