At the NTW Hackathon, I ended up spending most of the day working with 
Ioannis from GRNET. He's got a bunch of local patches that they'd like 
to stop carrying, and we discussed some of the specific issues that he 
could work on. See, eg, CO-1796 (Create Enrollment Flow Duplicate Check 
Step). In addition, he's interested in some functionality similar to 
what we've discussed to support VO-specific discovery based in 
registration data (eg: limiting IdPs to those associated with Org 
Identities).

We agreed it would make sense for Ioannis to join some dev calls while 
he's working on this stuff. The challenge there is that he is in Eastern 
European Time (UTC+3), which works out to 9pm for our current call 
schedule, which is not great. Notwithstanding the usual problems of 
one-off conflicts, is there any day of the week where we could move the 
meeting to a morning slot? eg: 8/9/10am CT (9/10/11am ET) would map to 
4/5/6pm EET.

Times that I know *don't* work:

- Tuesday from 9-11 ET
- Fridays from 10-12 ET
