I believe most of my Jira tickets can be resolved, even if there are enhancements we might like to add in the future around the dashboards.  The Services widget is the one remaining item on my list. Specific notes below:

CO-823: DashboardController and Plugin Infrastructure

I think this is essentially done for 3.2: the base feature set is functionally complete and styled. There are small enhancements we might add in the future such as direct links on the dashboard to "add/edit widgets" when logged in as a CO admin (though I'm on the fence about the usefulness of that, since that can be attended to in CO Configuration).

CO-825: Applications / Services Dashboard Plugin

Just need to wrap and commit this - possibly today / tomorrow.

CO-826: Notifications Dashboard Plugin

I believe this is completed.

CO-1632: Announcements Dashboard Plugin

I believe this is completed.

I also note that CO-824 (User information dashboard plugin marked for future) may be obviated by the new user information menu/panel. If you agree, we can also close that ticket.
