I'm going to request a space for a dev meeting for all day Thursday
(Sunday is tutorial day), but do we also want some sort of open meeting
on Tuesday?

Re: Working Groups and BoFs at TechEx


For this year’s Internet2 Technology Exchange, our trust and identity
planning group has decided to reserve Tuesday afternoon for working
group meetings and BoFs (Birds of a Feather sessions). I’m writing you
because you are involved with a working group or with a project that
would typically be interested in a BoF.


If you are interested in having either a working group meeting or BoF at
TechEx, please complete the Internet2 form for working meetings:

Note that the form does not have “Tuesday afternoon” as a choice for the
meeting time; however, we are going to try to schedule all of the
Trust/Identity meetings for Tuesday afternoon. When completing the form,
please choose a meeting time that would be a back-up, should we have too
many sessions for Tuesday afternoon.


Let me know if you have any questions. The published deadline for
submission is June 30. If you are on the fence, please go ahead and
submit as a placeholder.
