I've just pushed the initial Org Identity Source (CO-1153) and CO
Pipeline (CO-1267) code to develop. This is a fairly major update, as
usual be sure to update your database schema after applying. The code is
functional but not complete, so if you decide to try it out expect some
of it not to work (properly).

I'll push some additional commits and write some documentation over the
next couple of weeks.
