I'll be pushing another big commit later today to wrap up CO-1125 (sidebar, top button unification). It would be smaller, except that I took Benn's suggestion to heart and have chosen to rename the element pageTitleAndNav to pageTitleAndButtons.ctp and have altered the references to this across all the views. (Simple search and replace, but it will create a big commit.)

A new include file can be added to any view called "buttons.inc". This will be pulled in by Standard/edit, view, and add.ctp when it exists. Thus far this will only impact

View/CoEnrollmentFlows
View/CoGroups
View/CoPetitions
View/OrgIdentities

This change simplifies the fields.inc files in these views and allows us to retire the local CoGroups/view.ctp in favor of the standard symlink.
