Then perhaps we should reconsider the use of the accordion. If I 
retrieve a petition and look at the attributes, I get a scrollbar even 
though there's plenty of real estate to render more stuff. Reminds me of 
poorly designed PeopleSoft pages.

Perhaps we drop the accordion and go back to just rendering everything, 
with #links at the top of the page to the individual sections? Or 
manually manipulate <div>s?
