I made the content expand to the full width of the page, minus the sidebar if there is one.  The height is reasonable given the content and most common resolution; forcing it lower would hide the other headers for the other sections.  The other option would be to fix the footer to the bottom of the screen and scale the rest of the page in, but that would be inconsistent with the rest of the site and potentially break the site for smaller screens.  

I propose we leave the height to auto-adjust to the content as it is.  If there is no objection, I'm marking this ticket done.
