1 - Go to My Population
2 - Select CO
3 - Click on a pencil to edit a user (and add a role)
4 - Decide to do a quick view of the org entry, since editing people in
this form does not copy in identifier, email, address, etc from their
Org Identity (annoying) and click on Organizational Identity
5 - Get the info needed and click on the blue Back button
6 - End up not back where you were but in the Organizational Identity
list (annoying)
