I'm breaking the page titles out into its own element, with the titles passed in.  These are currently in <h1 class="ui-state-default"> tags, scattered through all the View pages that need titles, which is a lot.  The current class locks it into the jqueryui theme and has to go.  In the element, I'm putting it in a div with class=pageTitle.  

Did you know that sed on a mac is not the same as on linux?  WTF.

I've not figured out what to do about the buttons yet, but if they are going to also not follow the jqueryui theme, which matches them with the headers, they will all need to be changed, too.
