I've done a partial commit so you can do an svn update and see the code 
I demoed in Pasadena. So far, this code only implements the generation 
of a dynamic form based on the CO Enrollment Configuration, validation 
of the data submitted, and loading of the data into Org Identity, CO 
Person, and CO Person Role tables.

If you want to test it out, do an svn update and *also update your 
database schema*.

From the admin menu, define at least one CO Enrollment Flow with some 
attributes. Then, when you go to 'Manage My Population', you should see 
that the "+ Invite" button is now "+ Enroll". From there you can begin 
an enrollment flow. Any person you add will be set with status 'Pending'.

I'm sure there are bugs lurking, or at least I've left out a step above, 
so don't expect it to work the first time :)
