Hello!  I have converted the cake1.3 files for the header to cake2.  I also ditched the dropdown CO selector and rearranged the dropdown menus a bit.  Please see:

I have some files that are roughly half html, half php, and are getting hard to read.  Should I organize them as php files that output html or html files that have php snippets spliced in?  Either way, it's going to be ugly.  I have some cleanup to do, but I'm hoping to commit the header by the end of the week if all goes well.  Have time for a review, Benn?
