As per our discussion(if B and I remember correctly), we're ditching
the CO selector dropdown in favor of having the first level dropdown
in the Organizations menu be a list of the COs, and under each of
those, the contents of the current Org menu(Org Identities, My
Population, etc.) associated with those COs. Users would then choose
Organizations > someCO > action or Organizations > someCO > someCOU >
action.  If there is no objection to that, I'll put that in as I
continue modifying the UI files for cake2.

Has anyone come up with any ideas for wordsmithing the top level
labels (Groups, Organizations, Platform, and My Account)?
