Hi all -

I've put together an announce boilerplate which I'll review shortly with the 
other Middleware communication folks.  Before I do that, however, I wanted 
y'all to look at it and let me know what you think.  Do we have the right 
distribution lists? Do you think anything else should be in the text?

One thing I am concerned about is that there is no indication on the main 
page regarding how to get the software.  I know it's under Technical Manual, 
but I think something more should be on the main page.  I'm also concerned 
that as soon as we start doing formal announcements (which we should be doing 
Real Soon Now) we need to have better instructions for how folks actually 
install this.  Comments in the code don't count. :-)  Benn, while you're 
doing the Cake update, is this something Marie can work on?
