For the large CO we're focusing on, the ones that will be standing up their own instances, do we have any interest in quantity of data they expect to be housed in this service?  I'm thinking we may end up with two slightly different info gathering questions - one for us to learn about the CO that will stand up their own instance, and one for CO that we expect to be in our own service.  For the latter, I think we will need to know about reliability expectations, quantity of data, etc.
