Hi all -

Colin and Jess from Fluid, Digant and I were on a call today to  
further understand how we'll work together to get a UI for COmanage.   
Since we're starting this working relationship with the Fluid people,  
some information on how they do their designs and development might  
be appropriate for everyone:  http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/ 
fluid/Design+and+Development+Process .  It's a draft, but then, this  
kind of thing is always a work-in-progress.

Where Colin and Jess recommend we start with them is to discuss what  
ideas we have for a UI and how to query the users to make sure we're  
meeting their needs.  Right now, until we get in to the topic of  
money, providing advice on this and guiding us in the development of  
the UI is what they see as their involvement.

The open issue now (this is mostly for Ken) is where and how we work  
with Lois.  Ken, can you give us some guidance on what you see as the  
roles for Lois and other contributors for COmanage going forward?
