We now have a wiki space, and everyone on the dev list has r/w access

At the moment it is not publicly viewable, so that we can get it ready 
before opening it up to the world.

Similar to other I2MI projects, the intent is that the website (in 
progress) will be for the higher-level marketing sort of content, while 
the wiki space will be for the more technical bits - documentation, 
config files, etc.

We will host the downloads on the I2 webserver, as we would rather not 
use the wiki as a major filestore.
