COmanage meeting
Attendees: Scotty Logan, Digant Kasundra, Heather Flanagan, Mike Olive

Special notes from Dave Donnelly:
* Signet 1.3.0 release candidate 3 is available at
http://www.stanford.edu/~ddonn/signet-1.3.0rc03/
(we haven't published it on the Signet Wiki yet).
Of particular interest to COmanage is the XML import/export capability.
* You may also mention that I've started integration with the most recent LdapPC.
** Mike to let Dave know we need to know when that work will be completed ASAP

Agenda
* COmanage show-and-tell with Scotty
** Items still in progress: smoother user interface, newer confluence version and configuration tools, tomcat config for grouper within COmanager, sympa
*** Digant to work on Sympa packaging, review workflow of the VM
*** Scotty to work on Confluence
** Done, or mostly done: openldap, mysql, tomcat, apache, grouper, ldappc, confluence (mostly)
** Scotty/Digant should have most of the big pieces (confluence) done today

* Turning these meetings in to open calls
** definitely want to do this, and perhaps start with WebEx sessions to let people see what we've got
** Digant to talk to Ken about making this a regular I2 standing meeting with scribe, etc
** When this becomes a more open project, Digant's role would be to review incoming patches, create/coordinate a test suite to check the patches; basically act as gatekeeper for changes

* Presentation at I2
** want to talk about CIC, OOI, LIGO
** want to do a demo, have users talk about their experience
** maybe also do a BoF also to talk about the future and engage more developers

Heather Flanagan
Director, System Administration
