Welcome to the homepage for the SNow-Higher-Ed email list. Please understand this list is ONLY for higher education institutions that have an interest in ServiceNow at the community level. As such, this list is closed to vendors and subscriptions to this list are moderated so you will need use your .edu institutional email address.

There are two ways to subscribe to this list and either way will work just fine.

Slightly Quicker Way (logging in):

1. Login to this site using the "Click here to login with InCommon Federation" button in the upper right corner of this page.
2. In the menu to the left, in the "List Home" section, click on the "Subscribe" link
3. Your email address will appear and you need to input your name. Then, click on the "I subscribe to list snow-higher-ed" button
4. On the following page, click on the "Confirm" button
5. You have now requested to be a member of this list. The owners/moderators will receive a notification of your request and will added you if you are eligible.
6. Once the owners/moderators have added you, you will receive and email notification and welcome message.

Slightly Longer Way (for those that cannot log in)

1. In the menu to the left, in the "List Home" section, click on the "Subscribe" link
2. Enter your email address and your name and then click on the "I subscribe to list snow-higher-ed" button
3. On the following page, click on the "Confirm" button
4. The system should have sent you an email to the email address you entered. Follow the link in this email. If you did NOT receive said email, please check your SPAM folder as it might have been caught there.
5. On the following page, click on the "Confirm" button
6. You have now requested to be a member of this list. The owners/moderators will receive a notification of your request and will added you if you are eligible.
7. Once the owners/moderators have added you, you will receive and email notification and welcome message.
