[sig-voip] Architecture of VoIP in Cloud

I have a little query. Will the architecture of VoIP be same in CLOUD. Suppose we have only a soft phone or mobile in our office. In this case artichecture of VoIP will remain same or there is special architecture in the view of cloud computing.
