Check to see if you have a mis-behaving computer or a bad cable attached to 
your router.  If your router does wireless, make sure you don't have 
unauthorized users using your network connection.  If you've eliminated 
these possibilities, check your system log (or Event Viewer on a Windows XP 
system).
