The University of Pennsylvania is currently evaluating different Internet
Telephony Service Providers (ITSPs) to terminate its VoIP traffic to the
PSTN via the SIP protocol. We have run successful trials with two
different ITSPs and now plan to setup a project for a production service.
We are interested in speaking with other institutions who are willing to
share their ITSP project experiences with us.
