Does anyone know an inexpensive hosting service, where I can stream
audio real time throuh my computer.  I heard Windos media server would
work.

I host a small group of people who listen to my lectures and view my
presentation.  They view my presentation realtime via Citrix
'gotomeeting'. They listen to my lectures by all calling into a Long
Distance conference number. I would like to use Windows Media Server to
stream audio over the net real time.
