DoS vulnerability

All,

  Jonathan Rosenberg submitted an I-D yesterday that pertains to a
security vulnerability of all offer/answer model realtime communications.
Although the I-D is primarily concerned with SIP, H.323 is included in
the list of relevant protocols.  He also submitted a possible solution.

  I'm not sure there's any action item here at the moment but it
seems clear we should all be aware of potential attacks, and perhaps
some wg should look at selecting preferred solutions.
