VoIP Workshop planning

Dear Working Group Members,

 

Many of you will remember the very successful VoIP workshop hosted by Texas A&M last April 3-5, 2002.  We are now planning to hold another 2 day workshop in Indianapolis, preceding or postceding the Internet2 Fall Membership meeting (scheduled Oct 13-16 -- see http://events.internet2.edu/2003/savethedatefall2003.html ).

 

Please take a minute to reply to on the following questions.

1.         Would you prefer the workshop to be scheduled:

a.    Sunday Oct 12 and Monday Oct 13 or

b.    Thursday Oct 16 and Friday Oct 17 or

c.    Other dates (specify)

2.         Are you interested in serving on the program committee to help plan this workshop?
