Joe,
Did you look at the SIP Caller Preference Extension I alluded to? It
seems to me to support exactly what you want.

I hope you are not suggesting that the world needs more IVR systems!
Perhaps you are suggesting something similar to the caller preference
extension, but with the calling human in the loop and able to pick
from a menu of options.
