Cisco is working with East Carolina University to develop a business case.  Our approach is a little different from other universities.  We aren't making money from the resale of telephony but just covering costs.  Our main initial focus will be new construction, and areas where our current voice system doesn't have the capacity.  We can actually show a savings in new construction areas.
