Hello Walt and Mike,

We have guite extensive national VoIP network (10 universities) in
production use. We would be interested in setting up the gatekeeper
for Europe in our network. You can find some information about our
network at: http://www.cesnet.cz/english/project/iptelephony
> VOIP next steps (IPv6, measurement, testing tools, VOIP Beacon, QoS,

We developed an IP telephony accounting application for detailed
monitoring of VoIP traffic in our network. We use it for billing
of connected universities (only some of them based on the contract).
More information is at the same URL as I mentioned above. Perhaps
it can be used in other networks in Internet 2.We can arrange for
online remote trial of the application.
I will also make a short presentation of our network and the accounting
application in an upcoming TERENA VoIP workshop.
Regards,
Sven
