The Vovida software is online mostly as a reference source. I
don't think it's been actively developed since before Cisco bought
them.

I haven't used Columbia's software but they are sort of sip-central
and are certainly worth a try.

I've had Cisco's CSPS running for more than a year. It's in a limited
production mode here now. The provisioning is crude but a quick check
of the logs shows about 20,000 calls without complaint. I don't know
the cost but that should be straight forward to check.

Others do sell proxy, redirect and registration servers of course but
the venders tend to want to sell to carriers. You might take a look
at www.dynamicsoft.com for example. I can get you other names if you
need them.

You'll also need to explore ip-pbx gatewaying. Let me know if I can
help in that. Ditto phones.
