Connecting to testbed

Hello,

we are interested in connecting to the VoIP testbed. We have an
H.323-based network interconnecting PBXs in 9 universities.
What is the next technical step that we should do to connect?
I already contacted Walt Magnussen about our interest. Should
I contact someone about technical things?
