VoIP WG Meeting Wednesday, November 1st, 1:30 - 5:00 PM

Greetings VoIP WG members!

Just re-confirming that we have a VoIP WG meeting scheduled
for 1:30 - 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 1st at the
fall Internet2 meeting in Atlanta. Test-bed participants, and
members wishing to contribute to the agenda, are encouraged
to attend.

The working agenda for the meeting is:

1. Introductions, and identification of test-bed participants.

2. Review and discussion of our WG charter.

3. Take stock of what the "initial" participant group has:- IP Phone
   installations of what flavor, technology in use in local
   installations, gateway abilities, type of trunk access to local PBXs,
   and hardware in use. Participants describe local installations
   in turn.

4. Agree on a least common denominator for the test-bed framework.
   Identify what are local issues, and define the demarcation of
   how the local installation interfaces with the test-bed. Arrive
   at test-bed architecture.

5. The tough one - numbering plan :-).
