IP PBXs

I'm looking to procure a small (48 line / 48 trunk) IP PBX for trial use at
Indiana University.  (In its ultimate configuration, the architecture needs
to support 60,000 lines.)  The leading contender right now seems to be Tundo
(www.tundo.com).  

If you have any advice or experience with IP PBXs that you can share, please
