I've migrated our OpenFire server to Prosody.

The OpenFire instance was very unhappy after my attempted upgrade to 3.6.4; 
rather than fixing it and then trying to install Prosody on our second dev 
host, I just migrated the first dev host to Prosody straight off.

Users' accounts and passwords have been retained. (This should raise some red 
flags here: OpenFire stores its passwords "encrypted", but also stores the 
key with which it encrypted them. So they're effectively not encrypted at 
all. I'll be configuring Prosody to at least store MD5 hashes instead.)

If this works out for us on this week's call, I'll make the change more 
permanent.

If anyone has problems, contact me off-list and I'll work out what's going on.
