[Jorj] PICdemo dev system discussion - in progress

- Prosody built an official patch, Jorj tested has seen some load issues

- Pandion will move forward soon, Jorj set up and account for them to test

- Prosody implemented a new back-end, it has better load handling.

Tim wants to set up a server too, he'd like to do some testing S-S. He has received

* No one has heard anything from Stanford in a while

* Jorj setting up a box but it's low priority right now

- Jorj hasn't heard from Scotty

- Jorj sent mail to find out what's new (received vacation message) 2/18

Google Wave status

- Still trying to get community buy-in

- Google interested in the back end and the community is interested in the front end

- Google needs to figure out the underlying pieces

- interested in XMPP implementation at universities

- interested in how federation would work in a university scenario

- Peter St. Andre to talk about XMPP piece and how it affect the client

- Jorj will read the dev lists and will keep everyone informed

[Tom] SAML/XMPP discussion

- Tom has jabber server with a web client that he can work with, more info to come...

- Tom will let us know what OS it's running

- build web clients

- people building are non-web based clients

[Jorj] Document Wave setup over OpenFire

- a little further in Prosody installation will document when he gets there

[Tim] will be checking Dream host part of XMPP.org

Scott Cantor SASL group integrated with a web browser. look at counter

proposal for integrated web and SASL not using a non browser client.
