All,
We will (finally) resume our weekly PIC conference call today at 4pm EST.
We'll recap some items of interest from the fall MM and outline our next 
steps for the PIC.edu project, package, and cookbook.

Some MM recap items of interest are:
Potential for Shibboleth work to enable PIC.edu/jabber naively (i.e., as a 
non web-app)
Federation, InCommon, Identity, and More Federation
CoManage: potential to include our PIC.edu package
PIC demo recap, possible ongoing Internet2 internal usage

Some items for the PIC project:
Package development and release planning
 - documentation, client recommendations, release versions
 - integration or collaboration with any of the fall MM items above?
Who can do what, when?
PIC@edu
 instead of PIC.edu?

Also, picdemo.internet2.edu is up and running.  Let's discuss transitioning 
our weekly calls to use it instead of voice.internet2.edu.
